The Skinny Brown Bag Series: Volume 5, Healthy Snack: Greek Yogurt

I’ve never liked milk, and I’ve never liked yogurt. Greek yogurt is the dairy exception to my very strong dislike of the milk and yogurt taste and I have been very pleased to add it to my diet. I recently went to a Herbalife health consultation and one of the many recommendations was to incorporate healthier and high protein snacks into your diet. I will divulge into more specifics on some other great healthy ideas, however I thought this would be a great way to start. I’m the same way – I am not a yogurt fan, but I absolutely love Greek yogurt! A wonderful twist (that I still make after becoming addicted to it in Greece) is Tzatziki – a cucumber yogurt dip that the Greeks use as an appetizer for everything to dip warm bread in. SO GOOD, I highly recommend it.

  2. That sounds delicious!! Thanks for the great idea!
